I am self-taught. My works are in two and three dimensions. The two dimensional pieces are fabric collages. The three dimensional pieces have fabric surfaces. That being said, I will use whatever is at hand if it makes a piece work. My themes are, primarily, about people of color going about their every day lives.

I am a CPA and a former VP, CFO and college professor (accounting and finance). When asked how I can reconcile my current with my former life I reply “I was a very creative accountant”.

I now live in the west end of Atlanta GA with my wife Dothlyn where I create art, write poetry and perform community service.
